Privacy policy

We store the images you upload and the edited results in private storage so you can open and download them from your account. Images are sent to our AI model supplier only to produce your edit. We do not sell your images or use them to train models. You can ask us to delete your account and its files by email.

Information used to provide the editor

When you sign in, your account includes information supplied by your sign-in provider, such as your name and email address. When you edit an image, the service processes your uploaded image, the editing instructions and the resulting image. Task status and credit records let you return to your work and see your balance.

Image editing and storage

Uploaded images and generated results are kept in private storage associated with your account. The image and requested wording are sent to the AI service supplier to produce the edit. Avoid uploading sensitive material that you are not comfortable sharing for processing, and only upload images you are allowed to edit.

If you start an edit while signed out, the editor can temporarily save the selected image and wording in your browser so the draft can be restored after sign-in. The saved draft is removed when restored; a draft older than one hour is discarded the next time the editor checks for one. Browser storage can also be cleared on your device.

Payments and account records

Credit pack checkout is handled by our payment provider. The service stores transaction and credit information needed to associate purchases, edits and refunds with an account. Payment details entered in hosted checkout are handled by the payment provider.

Questions and data requests

For questions about an account, image or data request, contact support@textimageedit.com. Include enough information for us to identify the request without sending sensitive documents. We may need to verify the account before acting.
